221453.9)has the characteristics such as rapid liquid discharge,
correct quantum, convenient cleaning disinfection and dismounting.
It uses Chinese operation interface and it is convenient and easy
to understand. All the actions are executed by PLC or single chip
microcomputer. The parameters such as bottle filling volume, liquid
discharge speed etc. are directly set. The stepper motor uses
original german made product, it is reliable and will not lose
synchronism..
The conveyor is designed as rotary type and uses the method of
tracing bottle filling with bottle filling head. So the waiting
time is canceled and rapid fractional pack process can be realized.
Totally it uses the design of bottle feeding by bottle input plate
and linear bottle output. So the connection with other machines is
made convenient.
There are only silicone tube and bottle filling head (316L) that
contact with liquid medicine. Other parts all use stainless steel
and fully conform to GMP standard.
There are three work mode: single machine, crawling, combination.
So the needs of various makers can be met.
Imported transducer uses stepless speed regulating and can adapt to
the speed requirements of various liquid bottle filling.
In the whole process of bottle filling and plugging, the machine
can automatically identify in case of no bottle or bottle jam.
